2. Services

Morjinal UK Ltd provides coaching, mentoring, supervision, training, workshops, and consultancy services to individuals and organisations. Services are delivered online and in person, in English and Turkish.

All services are bespoke and tailored to each client’s needs. The scope, format, and duration of each engagement are agreed upon prior to commencement.

3. Pricing & Payment

Fees are determined following an initial discovery consultation and are confirmed in writing before any service commences. Pricing is available upon request via our contact page.

Payment is due as agreed in the service confirmation. Morjinal UK Ltd accepts bank transfer and card payment.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled session time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Morjinal UK Ltd reserves the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances, with reasonable notice given to the client.

5. Free Discovery Session

A free 30-minute discovery session is offered to prospective clients with no obligation. This session does not constitute the commencement of a coaching or consultancy engagement.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching, mentoring, supervision, or consultancy sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Morjinal UK Ltd adheres to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Code of Ethics regarding confidentiality.

Exceptions apply only where there is a legal obligation to disclose, or where there is a serious risk to the safety of the client or others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coaching, mentoring, and consultancy services are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. Morjinal UK Ltd shall not be held liable for any decisions made by clients as a result of the coaching or consultancy process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Trust Architecture™ methodology, articles, and materials, is the intellectual property of Morjinal UK Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
