Intent Trust

"Is this person genuinely with me, or running their own agenda?" Intent trust is tested most under pressure — in conflict, when resources are scarce, at the threshold of a difficult decision. The answer becomes clear in those moments. That is why it is the most fragile and most decisive layer.

System Trust

"Is this structure fair?" Rules, decisions, processes — the trust placed in the consistency of the system. When this layer collapses, individual trust relationships eventually cannot hold either.
